I am so proud of you for taking this next step in your wellness journey!

Sacred Mirrors is a space for folks to utilize the transformative power of relationship as a tool, moving us further away from colonized markers of wellness, and closer to a version of healing rich in authenticity, self-compassion, and empathy. As a queer black femme, born and raised in the Bay Area, Iā€™m deeply honored to pour back into my community through collective wellness and sacred relationship.

My passion for this work emerged from curiosity, introspection, and deep surrender to the nuanced forms therapy may take. Yoga, talk therapy, kink practices, and art modeling have all served as my own sacred mirrors, guiding me through challenging moments of self-confrontation and growth. Yoga and breathwork reshaped my relationship to discomfort, while introducing the possibility for pleasure as a mandatory fixture in my wellness toolkit. Talk therapy has served its own purpose as a processing space, granting a necessary shift in perspective, while being empathically held. Kink practices and art modeling have been unlikely teachers, both, holding space for play, release, and the unlearning of internalized narratives that had been implanted from colonized power systems. Each sacred mirror serves as an opportunity to be accountable to community, our purpose, and the land we inhabit. Through this work, I am reminded that the sharing of wisdom is the only way to ensure community survival.

With that being said, thank you for trusting me as your mirror!

My Approach

My integrative approach allows me to attune to wherever you may be located on your wellness journey. You are a multi-faceted human deserving of care that engages with the nuanced intersections of your identities. My clinical perspective is rooted in liberation psychology with an emphasis on trauma informed somatic practices and relational psychoanalysis. In other words, our work together aims to honor, confront, understand, and care for the whole person that you are.

My time in community mental health has informed my clinical insight, granting me the opportunity to prioritize services for folks existing at the intersection of several systemically excluded identities (i.e., clients identifying as HIV+, sex workers, 2LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and existing with varying substance use disorders). I offer my services to individuals, couples, and all polyamorous configurations. Our work together will amplify the innate wisdom existing in you, while guiding you towards an authentic version of wellness in alignment with your goals.
