  • I do not take insurance at this time but I do reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for members of the BI&POC, 2LGBTQIA+, and sex worker communities.

  • I am currently accepting new clients! My availability is as follows:
    Thursdays 10am-1pm and 5pm.
    Fridays 10am-3pm
    Saturdays 10am-12pm

    I am currently seeing clients in person and virtually. All in person sessions will follow COVID safety procedures.

  • You do not need to be in crisis or have a formal diagnosis to receive therapeutic services. We exist in an ever changing world full of varying degrees of stress, so its ok to need help or extra support. The therapeutic space is a place for you to work, process, and expand your comfort zone while being empathically guided.   • All therapy is not created equal! Nuanced needs require nuanced medicine. Therapeutic services can be as varying as the humans seeking them out, that’s part of what makes this work so beautiful. As an integrative relational therapist, I choose to combine several methods (CBT, EFT, somatic therapy, trauma informed, and strength based) to customize your session to your specific needs at this time. If I do not offer the style you are seeking, feel free to inquire about referrals via the contact form.

  • I graduated San Francisco State University with my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I received additional training from UCSF Alliance Health Project and Edgewood Center for Children and Families. Through the Birthing Advocacy network, I received my abortion doula training.
